Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is the perfect game-day or party dip that is sure to be a winner!
Ingredients
- 1 – 8 oz. package of room temperature cream cheese
- 2 large chicken breasts*
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 3/4 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I like Kraft)
- 1/2 cup of bleu cheese dressing (I like Marie’s)
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles
- 3 cut up scallions
- Cut up celery and carrots and Nabisco Chicken in a Biskit crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Rinse and boil chicken in a medium stockpot with bouillon until fully cooked (white inside, not pink). Remove and allow it to cool. Shred chicken in a large mixing bowl. Mix in all the other ingredients except for the scallions and crumbled bleu cheese. Spoon into a medium 12” cast iron pan or shallow 1 quart baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until mixture is heated through. Stir. Sprinkle the scallions and crumbled blue cheese on top. Serve with cut-up veggies and/or crackers and chips.
